DESIGN &
CONSTRUCT
A design and construct approach means we are involved in every aspect of the project, from its inception to completion.
We work with trusted architects and interior designers to create a design brief built around your scope, practical needs, level of finish and, most importantly, your budget.
By collaborating closely with our design teams from the outset we can ensure that the budget is identified early in the process and the design phase pay close attention to costs and scheduling. This allows us to help you make design choices that are in line with your budget, not ours and make recommendations for alternative solutions.
By the end of this process, we know the project intimately and will have ironed out most of the potential issues. This is a huge benefit in delivering efficiencies before we initiate on site works.

Whether you’re knocking down an existing house to rebuild or starting fresh on an empty site, we’ll help you create a home that suits your vision, your needs and your budget.
We guide you through the whole journey: planning permission and Building Control, demolition, site preparation, the build itself, interior finishes, driveways and landscaping.
Your kitchen is the heart of your home, and it should be built for the way you live. Through our sister company, Method Kitchens, we design, make and install bespoke kitchens for new builds, extensions and renovations across Lurgan, Craigavon and Co. Armagh.
From the first design meeting to the final fit, we look after everything: layout, cabinetry, worktops, appliances and lighting. Because we’re also your builder, the kitchen is planned alongside the building work, not squeezed in at the end.
Alongside kitchens, we design and fit utility rooms, boot rooms, pantries, islands and built-in storage, all made to measure and finished to a high standard.

FIT OUTS
We have the skills and experience to offer a wide range of custom design and fit-out solutions for commercial and retail businesses including; office fit-outs, warehouse conversions and extensions, medical practices, retail, restaurants, hotel, bars and café fit-outs, renovation and refurbishments to existing spaces, make good provisions and strip outs.
CUSTOM JOINERY
We understand that there is an art to designing custom joinery to suit each unique space. Our cabinet makers and carpenters specialise in creating the perfect piece of bespoke cabinetry and woodwork installations that will give an individual, well-built addition of craftsmanship to your property.
